Projects change. Good delivery keeps them on track.
Delivery is built into every stage of our projects - from planning and testing through to release and ongoing support - so risks are surfaced early, responsibilities stay clear and changes don’t derail your build.

What our partners say
From untangling complexity in Macquarie University’s student experience to deploying a multi-faceted team to build solutions for News Corp, here's what it's like working with our engineering team.
“Professional, courteous, flexible and exceptionally collaborative. Airteam work very closely with our internal teams, align with our process and manage their deadlines to suit our project schedules.”
Kevin Raccani
Macquarie University
“The value of working with Airteam was that from end to end, we could bring in resources to assist with the overall project. We didn’t have to speak to different vendors about different skill-sets across the value chain.”
Richard Wiles
News Corp
Our process
Kick-off, human-centred design and agile development feed into each other, staying in the same feedback loop through the build.
Support and maintenance isn’t a separate phase after go-live: it feeds straight back into that loop, so what we learn running your system in production shapes what comes next.
Depending on your needs, we can run the full loop with you or step in at a single stage.
That can also mean adding specialist capability to an existing team, as we did with Westpac.

Delivery technologies
Have a few more questions?
How do you manage a software project?
Every project has a delivery lead who coordinates design, development and testing and gives you one point of contact throughout the build. We work in regular delivery cycles with planning, reviews and retrospectives, so progress, risks and upcoming decisions stay visible.
Who will I work with during the project?
You’ll have a delivery lead as your main point of contact, with the designers and engineers responsible for the work involved throughout the project. We don’t separate the people shaping the project from the people delivering it, so decisions don’t get lost through layers of account management.
How do you test software before release?
Testing happens throughout delivery. Issues are logged, prioritised and resolved as part of the same delivery cycle, with application security testing aligned to OWASP standards. The exact testing approach depends on the system, its users and the consequences if something fails.
What happens when requirements or priorities change?
We expect priorities to change as a project develops. When they do, we work through the impact on scope, timeline, cost and technical decisions with you before changing course. Regular planning and review points give us somewhere to make those trade-offs deliberately.
How will we know if the project is on track?
You shouldn’t have to wait until a deadline to find out there’s a problem. We use regular planning, reviews and project reporting to make progress, budget, risks and blockers visible as the work develops. If something starts moving off track, we’ll raise it early and work through the options with you.
What happens after launch?
Launch isn’t the end of the delivery cycle. We can continue to monitor, maintain and develop your software once it’s in production, with issues and new requirements feeding back into the same delivery process. If your internal team will take ownership instead, we’ll plan the transition and handover with you.
